we do TRUST them, its a big firm, but they need tons of tracerts to solve those issues.

situation report:
One day after the problem started around half of my images visible, but half of them still not.

Pimp tell me something reassuring: after this problem will solve what will be after? It will be a long-term solution or this will continue and week after week will be the same problem and my pictures will disappear temporary?

Be honest please becasue I have to decide to stay with you or try to find a pictures host where there is no such problem in densely.

I really like Pimp and Host, that's why I persisted in spite of the problems, but I have to know what to expect.

Please do the following again..

O.K I`m with the hosting company now, can you pleae go to windows start button

RUN->CMD-> and type there

tracert ist1-2.filesor.com

and put the output here, i`ll forward this to hosting and they will fix this issue.

Then please go to

RUN->CMD>ping 89.238.165.61

and give me output also.
