We just wanted to take a moment to address something that’s been affecting a lot of users lately. We’ve seen a number of accounts going way beyond the limits of our free service, which is starting to impact the platform as a whole.

Please know that we’re not some big corporation with endless resources. We’re a smaller team working hard to keep the site running smoothly for everyone. When some accounts use more than their fair share of resources, it ends up hurting the experience for everyone else. That’s why we’ve had to step in.

That being said, we don’t want to be harsh or unfair. We really want to work together to find a compromise that works for your specific situation. If your account was flagged, it’s likely because your usage is much higher than what’s allowed on the free plan. But we’re more than happy to talk and find a fair resolution that works for both sides.
