I know, we are doing all we can to fix those issues, our systems are still not fully recovered due to not all servers being back, so we try to stabilize all rather then have issues, once fixed uploading will be enabled.

When will all images be restored? Old images are not displayed. Are they lost forever?

No, they are not lost, we are waiting on our datacenter, since all of the images stored on the servers that got damaged by water, the problem is there is 1000`s of servers waiting to be restored in the queue, once they get to out servers and restore them, all will be fixed.
