Options to TAG users in comments & search for users added!

Hello team!

New options are added: option to "tag" any users in comments (on both images/posts/albums) , and he will get notification of him being mentioned in your comment, so you can ask poster of album/image/post questions and so on, plus you have the option to search for usernames now in the search bo, just choose "username" from the drop down and you are good to go
