I requested six small files to download. Normally, I wait about 10 minutes and the first one is ready to download. The files are still in queue 12 hours later. Very sad.

I have been trying to download different albums. They stay in the queue for hours and then just disappear. I never have a chance to download them. Never had this problem here before

Download of albums not possible !
After requesting albums for download, I get the email that's prepared for me.
I navigate to ARCHIVES and select the line with the album. But then the system switch to the side to UPLOAD Files. Please can someone help me ? Thanks |
