Bell alerts go hyperactive

I have all 3 alerts unmuted in my profile settings. With only one action in the bell alert, the thing keeps popping up and dinging over and over and over...only 1 activity in the alert. Now my windows notification center is backed up with over 20 of this alert repeating itself. It pops up / advances the windows notification center more frequently when I am active on my keyboard. If I just sit and time it, it is every 45-60 seconds, not consistent. It makes me think you have planted a virus on me (I know you haven't, but that is the feeling...) I am sitting right here and I am busy. I will get to it...but I like to now when a NEW something happens, which is why I thought I could leave the alert unmuted. Let me know how else I can help you improve this. For now I will just mute all alerts.
