Same i too also get that > Error: wrong server response. Details: undefined
  Plus i found out that each time i try to upload a image and that error i wrote on this post comment shows up it ends up going into the trash can saying "Image has been removed" error, don't know why it says that and why it ends up going into the trash, I hope the admins here will solve this uploading tool problem soon so that everyone here can start using the uploading tool again. |

Error
You are getting the error because as you see it is uploading to the url....and you are not putting a url in. For some reason the upload image option is not working. I hope it gets worked out soon.

Can not upload images
