Sure, it's snowy in the UK, but that only begs the question: Why did you wait for the issue to become critical to order add'l hardware? It is easy to track server load over time and you must have seen this coming months ago. Heck, we've known on the outside there were problems two weeks ago when the host became so slow. Nope, I'll take my business to hosts with greater concern for their members.

Are have to agree with you there George! but i think im still going to stick with Pimpandhost, wont be uploading much over Xmas so by the time i re-start the problem will hopefully be resolved!
