Odd question about medication effects on my orgasm

(I’m new to these forums but have joined to finally ask someone) To anyone that would care to respond…I have a question about something probably very odd and I’m guessing others have experienced this but I’m really curious…I have a prescription for Adderall and I noticed something both irritating and incredible: 1) the medication makes it really difficult to get an erection for the reasons of blood flow redirection of the medication and I can only get it up and get off if I watch porn, which is fine, I enjoy watching Asa Akira remind me why she’s one of my favorites, or Ariella Ferrera remind me huge boobs are so much fun haha. Anyway, #2 and why I’m here: My orgasms when I’m on my medication are so incredibly intense, mind-blowing, other-worldly orgasms I’ve ever had. Not even exaggerating when I say they’re almost paralyzing. I leave the planet when it happens. Both the intensity and duration with more ‘shots’ than usual are indescribable. (I’m trying not to be too detailed and gross but these level of orgasms need to be had by every adult and talked about.) They are fucking mythical for me. Anyway, I’m wondering if others have had the same experience and, more importantly, does this also happen to women? Any women here know what I’m talking about? I’m curious if the medication only has an effect on men because of the…prostate is being effected by the medication. Btw if anyone cares, I’m 38yo straight male.
