I can't write a message to a user.

Thanks for the reply. This post was originally created by another user, so it has happened to others, I just piggy-backed on their ticket. In short, I can't create a message with a user who also wants to write to me and we both follow each other. When I press the Message button, I just get a message saying "Conversation was deleted" and it does not permit me to chat with them, and vise-versa. My setting is: "Anyone can write to me." I don't know why this has happened to me multiple times, but somehow you were able to fix it in the past. In addition, I have heard from at least two other users that have had this happen to them as well over the last few months (sorry, I don't remember their IDs). Thank you!
