Hey, sorry for the delay, in the bell notification the notices already lead to the profile of the user? or this is not what you meant?
Regarding the second suggestion i need to think how to do it smart, since we already have way to much icons, I'll brainstorm on this, if you have ideas/suggestions, you are more then welcome to draw a good UI ideas
