Because I use P&H Im gonna inform Pimp about this, if he doesnt remove this stuff immediatly, Im gonna nail his ass to the proper authorities.

This stuff appears on the majority of image hosting sites and also sharing sites. It is not actually kiddie porn but adult actors that look young. This is done for the express purpose of luring people to teen sites. It is only shock value and usually only is conjured up in the minds of sick people that want the girls to look like children. but they are not. they take you to different teen fetish sites, once you are there you'll see they are not kids. It's just good marketing, thats it.

Thnx for the reply... I came to that conclusion myself and I dont want to put Pimp's hosting service down in anyway, because its a good and fast service.

But I just cant relate myself to minor content if any and/or 18+ models who dress up to look like minors, just to lure some sick individuals to their site.

Call it good marketing or false advertising... Still sick stuff IMHO

Okay, i could assume that you've not only been assured about the legal age of these persons on the pictures. But rather that you've seen the records proving their age.

So even if i were at good will, there is the serious problem that in some places (f. ex. Germany) the child pornography laws have been changed and do outlaw as well content showing "fictitious minors" (= adults made look like minors). In such places these pictures from your ad fall under the child pornography law!!

Finally, even if i would ignore the legal part, there's another issue beyond my control: this case is making the rounds. I've seen it discussed on a few boards. And you can expect that various boards will ban the use of your service (if it hasn't already happened). And, hands down, this isn't surprising because all these boards, who are concerned anyway to not attract unwanted attention, have the least interest to get even closely connected with child pornography.

Bottom line: even if i wanted to continue using your service, i will no longer be able to do so. Cause i will no longer be allowed. Something i'd seriously hate because i do like your service. That's why i'd suggest to reconsider the case - if it isn't too late already.

18 is the legal age for sex. It is also the legal age to get thrown into adult prisons with serial killers, Charlie Manson and his family, and it is the legal age to go to Iraq, get captured and tortured, and have your head sliced off while being filmed and have it shown on the internet. Somehow this is all acceptable and goes without saying....but if an 18 year old poses nude for a photo it's some kind of dark hideous affair. News Flash. 15 and 16 year olds married and raised families and fought in wars for thousands of years until just recently.. The age of consent for girls was raised from 13 to 16 during the Victorian Age in England. 18 is an adult. In every respect. Many 18 year old girls look young because they are young. But they are adult and high profile adult websites provide proof of age.

And if you don't like it...well....you can just Kiss Her Butt!

I think i made clear that my MAIN point is not a personal one. When i'm f. ex. about to post content to 4 different boards, and one of them has banned PimpAndHost (what has happened), then i'm not going to use a different image host just for this particular board. I use a different image host for ALL of them. Cause anything else would mean extra work.

And to demonstrate that there is a widespread concern about "fictitious minors" (what is, like i said, illegal in various places), here's a quote from Imagefap's Rules (no, i'm not a fan of Imagefap), under prohibited content:

- Nudity or partial nudity of children and minors. This will always result in a report to the authorities

pon i understand your point and its valid, but we are not hosted in Germany, and 2 its all in the eye of the beholder, alot of content producers make NORMAL age girls aka even 22 years old + wear braces and hold teddy bears to make them look younger, we don't control those ads on there, those are ad given by third party ad servers.

but trust me 18+ is ALWAYS our rules and under that = BAN + REPORT to authorities for all i care, we never supported CP in any way/shape or form.
