CAN I PLEASE HAVE A REASON AND EXPLANATION FOR THE PROBLEM!! I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO SUPPORT, BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO RETURN MY EMAILS. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FIX THE UPLOADING ERROR!! IS THERE A BUG OR A VIRUS IN THE SYSTEM? THANK YOU APRIL
