contact, networking and parsing large zips

Love the site!

I'd love to be able to contact (email, IM, PM) others with accounts... let's say I like their albums and want to tell them, or want to ask for, or offer a password to a private album?

How about adding the ability to contact one another to the profile page?

Also, some have very large albums, and the download tends to break down. How about either automatically splitting albums when they grow to over a specified size, or offering the opportunity to separate large albums into multiple manageable zip files, or even to select the images that will get zipped?

Just a few ideas.
