I have same issue - cannot create new album (nothing happens when link is clicked) and if upload is clicked page changes to a 404 message page.
Homepage appears normal but all options show a red circle with bar if hovered over. This has been happening for a week or two now |

i just tested from main page and for me all works, where do you hit upload from? can you show screenshots?

i do
its also the last version of ie but its on a rdp the issue is many uploading apps use ie core to upload so its a really annoying problem |

its windows server 2008 r2 standard
and the browser are internet explorer 11 . 11.0.85 (11.285.17134.0) |
