2 Issues !

First, The BB Code just have the Large option ! No more Small, Medium or default. Specially the Medium !
And the [B] [IMG][/B][/IMG] seems not working in some forum formats

Please fix this !

Second, I can't make an image, Album Cover anymore!

I can't see that width/height option in BBCode! And if i do, I Don't want to edit it em all one by one, That's absurd ! in old version, The options Thumbnail, Small, Medium, Large would do an OK job and was fast for BBCodes.
