Post Not Found Error When Making Posts.

I'm sorry if I'm a bother but I've had this same problem 4 or 5 times over the last several months. I'm running Firefox and when I hit the button to post I get the error pasted below. Everything works as it should until I hit the "preview" button. Then this message comes up and no image is there. The same happens when I hit the button to post.

I've tried deleting everything (tags, text, GIF etc) Then tried deleting all and hit save, I've tried clearing browser cache, nothing works. Thus far I've just stopped making post and after 4 or 5 days it starts working again.
