I seem to have a problem with a specific user where I can't chat with them due to 'the conversation was deleted' message. It got fixed, but now over a month later the message has returned. User is https://pimpandhost.com/album/user/346361 . Hoping you can fix - thanks!

Can you explain what exactly are you doing? I keep trying to understand how this issue happens only to you? there are no other people reporting this, please explain me the exact course of actions, so we can fix it?

Thanks for the reply. This post was originally created by another user, so it has happened to others, I just piggy-backed on their ticket. In short, I can't create a message with a user who also wants to write to me and we both follow each other. When I press the Message button, I just get a message saying "Conversation was deleted" and it does not permit me to chat with them, and vise-versa. My setting is: "Anyone can write to me." I don't know why this has happened to me multiple times, but somehow you were able to fix it in the past. In addition, I have heard from at least two other users that have had this happen to them as well over the last few months (sorry, I don't remember their IDs). Thank you!
