I checked some more.
In addition to my last posts: When I log out the upload botton takes a darker blue colour and the red dot disappears. This is what I see then:


That dark blue upload button seems to be working then. But I cannot store anything then, because I have not signed in. As soon as I sign in again the old problem re-appears. Strange.
Then when I sign in again, I can get into the pages with my pictures.
On the top of the page is the green 'Upload' button and on the right side the green 'Add inmage' button. Both are completely dead:
