Use proper tags

I'm new to the site, So I have read the posting rule. I have seen a lot of the post each day, do not have proper tags or no tags at all?? This makes the filter system you have in place so we don't see what we don't want to see not work? This comes from big and small site members. and all between. With no one using the tag system the only thing you can do is block them, And we are talking about a lot of post. What's the point of the system if most don't go by the rules?????
