To Pimp Master -What constitutes banning a user?
This is a question to Pimp Master, who does an excellent job with this site! - But I thought this question and the answers it elicits would be useful to the usership of this site at large, so I am asking out in the open:
What are the criteria for banning a user? I had an account on here which was recently shut down and I have no idea why. I am sure I didn't do anything against the T.O.S. I am a careful person when it comes to playing within the rules. Also, I have seen some dirty low down things on this site that have remained "up" in publication. I even re-read the T.O.S.
I am only guessing that someone flagged me after I mass reported their exposure galleries for using ID and outing people maliciously.
So ultimately my questions are:
1. How do you decide to ban someone from the site: Is there a review process or do you just take the word of another user?
2. How do I , as a user, know what material violated the T.O.S so that we do not reproduce the mistake?
3. Is there any remedy or process where we, as users, can request a reconsideration of being banned?
My previous account had garnered many followers and my rating was fairly high. I am the person who made the suggestion to put a link next to our usernames here in the forum to link back to our galleries in the posting side of this site. You, Pimp Master, even thanked / congratulated me for the idea :-)
I feel that my progress with the previous account was ripped away from me unjustly.
Please look at my galleries which are up now - these are the same photos I had published when I was banned from this site. Please review my current galleries and help me understand why my previous account was banned? These are the same photos as before.
-Thank you,
