Hello,
I've been trying to contact with the abuse department through the mail displayed onto the dmca section (abuse@pimpandhost.com).
During over a week I've sent 4 e-mails so far with different providers: hotmail, yahoo, gmail, which were unable to be sent and therefore not received by pimpandhost.
Those are the replies got from the first mail we sent from a gmail account:

I hope we can solve this issue in the quickest possible way and, if needed, handle you a copy of the dmca complaint in order to give it directly to the abuse department.
