Same problem for me - none of my images are working. Even in my P&H Dashboard - no images.
Imageshack is down, too.
I don't know about tinypic - I don't use them anymore - minimages deleted my acct because I had Adult pics.
I really depend on P&H for all of my image hosting now.
I know you are working to restore service.
I just wanted to let you know my images are down and have been for hours.
