I'm having the same problem right now, but already with the first pic. I tried uploading from the main page and later with the INSIDE album way. With 6 pics and later with just 1 on both ways, but it always gets stuck at 100% of the first pic.

And that first pic does not show up in the unsorted folder or anywhere else. My upload/download activity diagram shows upload activity though

I tried with firefox, opera and iron.
OS is WinXP sp3
