Not to step on The Pimp's toes...)
When you, or anyone, goes into your whole list of albums:
Up in the upper right corner...you can choose to sort the albums by:
Last Uploaded,
Album Name,
Album Size,
Last Modified,
Privacy.
When you, or anyone, is in one of your albums:
Up in the upper right corner...you can choose to sort the pictures by
Title,
Size,
Uploaded,
Modified.
But an easy solution is to number albums to sort by
Album Name and number pictures to sort them by
Title.
