I am thinking that it might a useful idea to limit how many Post a person can make in a time period over on the other side.

Maybe you could sort the Albums by Last Uploaded and that could load them by latest entries....sorting by Album Size (doing it twice) can sort the Albums with largest number of pics per album first....
