Unread messages
 

I have had an indicator showing that I have 1 unread message for the last few months. even though I don't. Today, it flipped to 2 unread messages (see attached), even though I have none. How can I reset the unread message counter if all my messages are already read?

Just checking on the status of this issue that I reported 2 weeks ago. In short, I have had an indicator showing that I have 1 unread message, even though I don't. How can I reset the unread message counter since all my messages are read? See attached screenshot. Thank you.

It's gotta be frustrating....I'm still a little jealous though.

The only conversation messages I ever get are "download the pictures I already uploaded to my albums and upload them into your albums"....

Is this bug forum still being monitored? If so, please see my issue and screenshot posted above and let me know if you can fix it. And to reiterate, you have fixed this issue in the past for me, it is clearly a system glitch. I would appreciate a resolution or a status response. Thank you.
