The chances are Ive just tottaly missed something here, but..

When I log on to the site, I log on via this page:

Then click on the forum link button https://ist7-1.filesor.com/pimpandho...10-48-10_0.jpg to post here.

Is there a link on the forum page that takes me back to the picture section?

Going back page by page is not the best idea if Ive posted here, so I usually use a bookmark to return to the image section.

If there isn't a button back to images, can one be made?

Me too. I have to go find my own way back to the pictures. It is part of why the forum is a drag and I don't often come *here* (to the forum).

Tap the PH next to a screen name on any post and it will transport you back to the picture side, to that person's albums page. Try mine :) And upvote a few of mine for being nice ;)

The way I get around this is not to left-click to "open" the forum - but right-click and chose "open in new tab".... that way both stay open.

we have added to the menu "Site Home" button, if it was not very clear until, now how to get to main site, i hope this helps.

This is exactly what I do. Right click-> new tab. Forum and "current" photos page both opened.

Well now you also have shortcut on the forum to go back to the site.

This is just my 2-cents. It seems to me that many of the site difficulties related in this issue of "photo side" and "forum side" is exactly that you are running 2 sites and trying to treat them like one single site (forum and photos). I admire your attempts to bridge the two. The "main site" button does not serve me personally because I don't need to go back to the home page and "start over" in the pictures.

My suggestion is this: Please make a link from a user here in the forums to their "picture side" profile. This would more directly integrate the 2 websites. We read something in "here" and want to reference the photos...but so many steps!

I think if we could click to the user's profile in the forum post to take us to the user's profile on the "pictures side" (open new tab!) you will see a significant jump in engagement across the two sites... making the arrangement behave more like "one".

You already have such option, click the Green small icon before the username, and you will land on the users profile on the main site, and in general this forum meant to be for support only but it has grown past this stage :)

THANK YOU That is so AWESOME, though not very intuitive. How do we form this into an actionable improvement suggestion for this awesome team at P&H? I think if this feature were more obvious it will help increase retention...
