can anyone tell me what a bb code is?

BBCode or Bulletin Board Code is a lightweight markup language used to format posts in many message boards. The available tags are usually indicated by square brackets ([ ]) surrounding a keyword, and they are parsed by the message board system before being translated into a markup language that web browsers understand—usually HTML or XHTML.[1]

BBCode was first introduced in 1998 by the messageboard software Ultimate Bulletin Board (UBB).

So how do we use them

Hi Jerry, The BB Code is used to post a pic. So for example if I want to post this pic of TowerBridge then I go to my pic and once the cursur is on the pic the 3dot/2 lines symbol should appear in the top-right hand coner. Once I click on that a window opens giving several options, including one for BB Code - click on that and the code will appear below. Copy/paste that code and the pic should appear in your desired location
