Problem with thumb

Hello! I try to upload pics in my account, but I not see a thumbnails my pics, example:

Problem with server ist3-1.filesor.com ???

I Don't understand what do you mean by you don't see thumbs, when your upload is finished it should provide you the thumbs instantly.
