Can't download Album
 

I have been trying to download album for sometime now.

Whenever I click on download this album, I get the message that the archive is being prepared and I will receive a message when the download is ready. But I do not get the mail for the same. In the archives folder, all the past album archive requests are absent. I have to start again, but I think that the feature is not working.

I'm having this problem too, only it times out every time I try to download an album and I can't access the site for a few minutes afterward.
