resize pics

hi
today when I tried to resize a pic to 200x360 I got the following error

Error 500

ftp_put(tmp/361965110/fankx_s.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Is there a problem?

Does it still happening? give us link to the file you tried to resize.
