resize not working

I started having problems with resizing my pics. I set the size I want, then "finish & save". When I post the image it is the original size. When I go back to check the resize it shows it is resized.:(

happening again

The problem seemed to go away for a while. Now it's back again. Will you please fix this!!! :mad:
