Unable to upload
 

For the past two days Ive benn unable to upload new pics. whenever I go to the upload page the upload image button is unresposive.

As of today, I have been having the exact same problem, although just a bit ago the browse button was working again, however, when I selected the images to upload, the page remained static and nothing happened. No images were uploaded.

Yesterday, I was still able to upload. I hope this is corrected soon.

Edit: While I cannot upload from my PC, I am able to sometimes successfully use the URL upload feature.

Same Error! Browse works fine, but when I select the image(s) The field turns white and the process indicates "done" but the image(s) don't upload

All should work now, sorry guys, we are working on new uploader but it was uploaded by mistake to live server. all is now reversed and should be o.k

Still not working for me, only option it has available is upload URLS.

Three days and stil cannot upload photos only the URL works
But I am sure the powers to be are aware and are working on it
Patience everyone :)

Try using Chrome/Firefox i tested with those 2 and works perfect.

But anyway we work on new uploader already and it will be ready within few days.

I'm using Chrome & cannot get any image to upload to any of my albums
- there only seems to be an option for a single upload, which is unresponsive :(

Please specify where, main page as logged in member? inside album?

Whatever you did before seemed to have helped until today, for me. Its back to not working again, and to specify, it won't allow me to upload from the main page as a logged in member or from inside the album. Thanks in advance. :)

We are ALMOST there :) In less then 1 hour all should be rocking ... we are almost done with all fixes.

Hi! After you wrote this I could upload, there was everything OK. Until now...

Now there is something big problem, because when I uploading there isn't a picture at the end. BUT, the bigest problem is that 90% of my uploaded (old uploads) pictures gone from forums, they simply doesn't appear!

I really hope this is only short-term problem, but very worrying... :(

I think it might be a "temp" issue from our Content deliver network and they work on it now.

UPLOADER itself works now good in all sections?

And for the uploading things: I tried uploading 1 minutes ago (from album and from pimp's home page), but I couldn't. The uploading process went through, but at the end there isn't a picture. :(

Try now please the Hosting company Fixed some DNS Issue, now should be better. please try again and report if images work or still broken? because i DO see your images.

I tried, even I tried to restart my computer, but nothing change. Non of my uploaded pictures can see in forums for me, and for new happenings if I log in into my Pimp account I can't see my pictures there too! Here is what I see:

O.K I`m with the hosting company now, can you pleae go to windows start button

RUN->CMD-> and type there

tracert ist1-2.filesor.com

and put the output here, i`ll forward this to hosting and they will fix this issue.

Then please go to

RUN->CMD>ping 89.238.165.61

and give me output also.

It's not so easy, because I have a non-English Windows7 (I'm living in central Europe)... So I try to translate to English what I see:

When I type RUN->CMD-> and there: "tracert ist1-2.filesor.com" then came this message:

"the destination name can't released: tracert ist1-2.filesor.com "

And after when I wrote this "RUN->CMD>ping 89.238.165.61", then the output was this (translated):

Just a quick feedback:

I think they done something, becasue half of the problems looks solved. All my old uploads now came back, and I checked my post in forums, and I can see my pictures again. So this is good news. :)

But about uploading there is still problem. I tried it, and I got this error message:

: Error: wrong server response. Details: undefined.

Now I really must go. I hope by the time i return the uploading thing will be OK too. Thanks for your help. :)

i can't upload either...at least i am getting the browse window again when i hit upload...but that won't do a bloody thing...it's been weeks since i've been able to upload....what is going on???? anyone know?

Please understand statements like "i cant upload" doesn't help at all, i have no clue how are you trying to upload and where.

On FireFox it works, but if you select a lot of images it doesn't work (just nothing happens). Do not know exactly from what number of images it doesn't work, I have selected in blocks of 15 images and it worked.

On Opera it doesn't work. After selecting images (even 1 image) the button changes to gray and nothing happens after that.
