I can't write a message to a user.
 

I can't create a message with a user who also wants to write to me and we both follow each other. When I press the Message button, I just get a message saying "Conversation was deleted". My setting is: "Anyone can write to me."

Following - I have had the exact same problem with several users. They cannot message me either.

Can you please DM me whoever you wanted to message and it wont let you so we can test?

Maybe the other user deleted the conversation between you guys, and that is why you are no longer able to communicate?

It looks like the first message was deleted and therefore can no longer be accepted. However, the user "InaLemna" is now also interested in communication.

How do I post a new message
The message screen comes up.but, I am unable to type a message

You can message someone only if you follow him/her.

When I try to message this profile ('JessicaSchmidt' - see attached), I get 'conversation was deleted'. But the user also wants to message me, and is also unable to do so. Can you fix like you did for haylin.sierrah?

I had the same thing happen with another user - booksarecoolboobs . The conversation was accidentally deleted, and now we can no longer chat (getting that same 'conversation was deleted' message). Can you restore it like you did for me earlier (see above)? Thanks in advance!

Actually you can disregard the above request - the other user (booksarecoolboobs) deleted her profile and is creating a new one so we can chat.

I have had this happen several times - is there any way you could change the code, so that when a chat is deleted, it doesn't lock out either user from messaging the other? It seems to me it should just reset as if you never chatted before, so one person could send a message request to the other. Thanks.

Can you explain what exactly are you doing? I keep trying to understand how this issue happens only to you? there are no other people reporting this, please explain me the exact course of actions, so we can fix it?

I don't know why this has happened to me multiple times, but somehow you were able to fix it in the past. In addition, I have heard from at least two other users that have had this happen to them as well over the last few months (sorry, I don't remember their IDs). Thank you!
