Album Issues Today 30/10/2019
 

Big loss in functionality today. Putting cursor on an album gives no access to "open in new tab" or other options. Clicking on the album opens it, in the same window, but no individual picture has and menu options at all. Clicking on the pic opens it, again in the same window, with the menus appearing below the pic.

I wondered if it was a browser issue. I usually use Microsoft Edge so tried using Chrome but got the same problems

Fixing it now, we made all our images support "Long click" on mobile devices so you can easily check mark images for actions, but it required disabling of right click because chrome used to open its own menu and it would not let the long click work properly, but we will adjust it now to only disable right click on "touch" devices, so soon hopefully we will restore right click to desktop :)

Please clarify? what is not working for you? its hard for me to "guess" what is not working.

unable to upload pictures to album.

please show more information, what kind of error you get, what do you do, show screenshots. i cant guess 1/2 sentences, in order to replicate your error i need to know exactly what you are doing.

Pictures started to load. BUT: in order for the cards to load into the album, you first need to click on one picture, and then go back, then all the other pictures only load. Otherwise, it doesn’t work

what is "cards" i don't really understand mmm... can you explain more?

if you can do some video tutorial of the problem it would be easier to see.

** Update we removed Categories for album owners for 1 day **

tomorrow we will fix the glitch and bring it back.

Okay, as regards using Pimp&Host on my laptop I can report that the "right-click" now works again, opening sub-menu window for "open in new tab" etc. This works on albums and individual pics within an album.

I have also spotted that the options to "share/move/delete/download " a pic are now accessed by ticking the pic's box and using menu symbols top left of album... or as before by opening each pic and using menus underneath (which is the only way to access to the "edit" option)

Having read the post above ref. uploading I can confirm I have just run a test and uploaded pics with no problem.

Yes we moved all to make it all easier and move all buttons to one spot, we are fixing the layout to be more clear and mobile compatible, by tomorrow i hope all will be sorted and flawless.

One small downside to moving the buttons to one place is that once anyone has scrolled down an album the buttons are now out of site. I just use a laptop so not sure if this would be even more of an issue on a mobile device.

I Agree, i miss icons on thumbs TBH :) (delete one) actually. so we will put it back on thumb together with image name/views. let me know if you see more issues with missing functionality we actually need.

Restored the names/views/delete on thumbs for ease of use.

pictures do not load again - " processing "

That was for a short while, now all seems to be ok.

I just uploaded some pics and they went up with no problem - in fact quicker than usual.

Why again the pictures do not load?

newly uploaded images do not appear! instead, "this image has been removed"

All is fixed now, correct?
