Can't upload images
 

Getting a message that my files are too big, despite being 100KB!

I just tested it around 5 times and all works fine?

what browser are you using and what errors are you getting?

When uploading more than one image at a time an error message says, The file undefined is too big [undefined bytes] even though the file is small enough. View error message in lower left hand corner.

When you refresh though it shows 2 new images including the one it was stuck on.

When you attempt it again it does the same.

So it's only allowing you to upload two files at a time and I'm using IE.

Can you try in Google Chrome, see if you still get this error? because i`ve tried and i cant recreate it.

I uninstalled chrome because I didn't like it, but to test the issue I re installed it and it works for chrome. I would think though that the majority of people are going to use IE. I don't want Google knowing everything I do on the internet, I'm just saying. It should work on IE before anything else because it's used more IMO.

I'm getting the same thing. Just started tonight, IE and Firefox. Most of the times, files get stuck and never upload. Also noticed the button to "upload" takes forever to appear and also creating a new album does not work.

Hello there, we are on it. will report with our findings.

It seems that our provider was experience large DDOS attack, that seems to be handled now, so site should be back to full force within the next hour i`d assume.

It`s not something we can affect on at this point.

Please keep on reporting if all is ok for you guys now.

What files are you trying to load and since when did this start? can you take this file and upload to any other image hosting so we can test on it?

I can't upload nothing. It keeps bringing me to this forum when I sign in...it doesn't even give me an opportunity to upload.LOL. Won't let me go to my albums.

If have upgraded from IE 10 to 11, now I can't upload Pictures to P&H. With IE 10 everything was ok, With Google Chrome also, but not with IE 11, any settings there wrong? or a general problem? Has anyone same problems?

So all browser works and you have issues Only on IE11?

If so this needs testing....

Yes, old IE 10 worked and Google Chrome works too but not IE 11....
With IE 11 I can select a pic as usual, but it does not upload...

But all other browsers still work for you uploading wise? if so please use them and i`ll tell you when IE11 is fixed. Thanks.

Actually we did find a fix and i hope we will live it by tomorrow.
