unable to download albums
 

hi

have had reports from forum members that they are unable to download albums from p&h

have tested this myself, and while i am able to download albums from my own account, cannot download from other accounts.

pressing "download this album" brings up the "processing" message, but it never completes.

It should be now fully fixed & working, please test and let me know.

I'm having trouble with mine. If the album has 1-5 pictures, it will download but anything else does not work for me. I will wait awhile too and nothing will happen (i.e. Processing...please wait)

I tried FF and chrome and tried both while logged in and logged out. Same result.

No, we are still working on a solution for this, but you are right there is an issue and we hope to solve it soon.

Found any solution yet sir Pimp? If not, what about an option to have the download link emailed to you when it is ready? I noticed this on another similar site. If there was more than 20 pics, it would ask for an email address. Of course, it would take a couple hours, maybe even a day, but you could still download it.

Would this be something you guys would be able to implement?

This problem is still on going.:( I'm unable to use the feature to download an album / gallery as a zip.

Hello, i`ll check this out, when do you see the "website unavailable" message?

Was a week or so ago. The site would freeze but thumbnails used would load fine. Downloading albums now doesn't seem to do anything.

How are you getting on with this issue? The problem is still the same. Often when I click on the zip file, nothing happens then when I want to browse the album the site hangs and never loads.

We will fix this option but for the next few weeks we are moving our data to new stronger/faster servers.

the copy is putting a very high load on the servers, so we will this option after the move is fully done.

please bare with us few more weeks ok?
