Integrating a file share server & forum/social media type site is difficult task. They have different purposes and structures.
I definitely think Pimp is on the right track, and adding DM & an “about” page was a much needed upgrade. Well done.

Unfortunately, the nature of the world at the moment, many are apprehensive to interact in a public forum and have moved to encrypted “private channels” based apps.
Moving forward ‘public’ accessible sites/forums will need to figure out how to make users feel that they are safe to interact & share content (within reason) freely. The perception that the internet is some sort of anonymous Wild Wild West is long gone.

Since enabled, I've used the message feature quite a bit, thanking users for the votes and answering questions about the mechanics of making a photoshop. So thank you for that feature.

If you guys have cool ideas on what would help you socialize, interact more, please shoot those ideas and we will definitely will look into it.

I don't see any monopolization of the forum posts. I see a few specific users who are keen to be more in the forum, so they stand out from the others, sure...but I don't see the "spam" level in the forum that we seem to notice in the Pictures' "posts" section.

I didn't say anyone was monopolizing the FORUM posts.
I said a few people were unfortunately monopolizing posting over on the picture side of P&H.

The Forum side of P&H is easily enough named but maybe Pimp might "name" the picture side of the site with a distinctive name to avoid people getting confused.
How about Naughty, Naughty Pimp And Host Picture Posts ? :)
