Download Problem
 

Hi Guys
I have a number of archives q'ed for me to download. They have not progressed in 24 hours to ready when the e mail is sent to me. Is the feature broken - please advise

can you please describe the issue exactly?

having the same problem. in my archives it says the album is in a que and that is as far as it goes. also albums i have already downloaded are not going after 24 hours. at present it says they will expire in 4 days

Should be fixed now and all archives be processed soon.

Sadly, nothing has changed for me. Not even when I gave you (pimp) a few months ago the link of the folder you asked for in a pm, got no responds, too bad.

But still I want to download that album, tried again so yesterday....it isnt working for me. No email, no link...it just stays in que, until that message goes away as well.

You tested again and i hope it works now?

this "que" must be very long indeed. nothing happening
