This image removed

As I'm uploading pics, some of them are failing to appear.

Instead, there is a box saying "this image removed".

What is wrong, please?

Right away after upload? or after some time?

OVERALL "image removed" appears when image removed from our service due to DMCA or some copyright/illegality issues.

Have that as well, right after upload, in fact it's not uploading at all, just being shown while it prepares on the side panel. after the page refresh the images weren't there at all.
