Images deleted from account still showing

Recently I deleted some pictures from my account. I thought this would delete everything but the pictures are STILL showing up on a board where I posted the image links. How do I get these images totally removed from your servers? I can't delete the image links from that board because the posts are not editable.

Please help asap. Thanks.
