There's another thread (http://www.pimpandhost.net/t833-p2-improper-scaling-of-images.html) that explains what's happening. Basically, some changes were made due to server problems and the new hardware was delayed due to heavy snow in the UK.

I told you it`s gonna take like 2 weeks to fix this. we are working on getting our hardware.
