uploads??? again???

What's up with my upload problem??? I upload and the pics immediately go to the unsorted bin; and when posted only show a box that says this pic has been deleted. It doesn't matter what pic I upload. It happens to all of them. This is really messing me up. I needed to have some new pics this weekend.:(:mad:

I'm having the same problem. Seems to have started yesterday. I go through all the usual clicks and get to where the pic should appear in m album and is has just disappeared. I'm glad I'm not the only one; suggesting it is a Pimpandhost issue that will get addressed. But it is quite frustrating nonetheless!!

On my side I still have the same problem for days. Pics I upload from an album, the dashboard, or the main page always ended up in unsorted category. But now it shows nowhere on my account, the pics are only visible in the latest upload previews (like if I wasn't connected to my account but I am).

Tried with IE8, firefox and opera.

Maybe try again and clear cache? cause its suppose to work everywhere.

It has been fine since your reply saying it's been fixed, but not now. My pic uploaded to the album it was supposed to, but when I posted it I got that box that said the pic had been removed. As before there's no reason for that. Please fix again.:mad:

What image did you try to post? what extension?

All my images are jpg. I'm doing nothing I haven't since I've been here. This is getting very frustrating.:mad:

I just now tried it again. It happened again. I uploaded to an album and when I use the code all I get is this image was removed.:mad:

Hi Pimp. I think I've figured out the problem.

Assume for a minute that one of the images I'm trying to upload again, was actually removed by your site for whatever reason. If that was so, would you not have made it impossible for that image to be uploaded again? And if it was tried, all posting it would do is indicate that the image had been removed.

So, since the initial problem was that any pic I uploaded would go directly to the unsorted bin and when posted show that it had been removed; then if I tried to re-upload the same pic after the problem was corrected, your site would still have that exact same image listed as having been removed and wouldn't allow me to do so again. When I edit the pic a bit I was able to upload it with no problem, since it was no longer the exact same pic I had originally gotten the "removed" box about.

Well I guess I was wrong. I just uploaded a pic and when I tried to post it I got the "removed" box again. Then I tried to upload a different version of the same pic and I got that same box actually in my album. I left them there for you to see. Look at my "sassy girl" album. It's the last two pics I uploaded. I have it locked, but I assume you can get in there. Please respect me and these pics. Thank you.:(

Again all I'm getting is the box about the pic being removed. This is getting annoying. I should just move to some other host. I've been having nothing but trouble here for a while now. I know this is free, but either it works or it doesn't; if it doesn't I go somewhere else where it does.:mad::mad::mad:

Can you please upload the images to other host? and link them here, and i`ll try to recreate the error you get and fix it.

I don't understand. Why can't you just got to my albums and find out what's going on there? The pics I uploaded are still there. Even the ones that I get the image removed box when I post them. It happens with most of the pics I upload, but not all of them.

Did you have "_" file names called like this image name.jpg? aka SPACES in file-names? if so its fixed now.

Sorry Pimp. I have no Idea what you are talking about.:confused: All I know is that I was getting the "image was removed" box when I tried to post new uploads.

I just tried to upload some more pics. They again showed that same box when I tried to post them. I uploaded the same pics again, renamed, and they posted just fine. Something is still wrong as to why it happens at all.:confused::confused::confused:

I posted a response asking why you couldn't just go into my account and find the problem. How ironic that response has disappeared. Only Pimp could do that. I have deleted all my albums.
