i don't know where else to post this, so sorry if its in the wrong area.
normally the web hosts do a good job in keeping the material on this site safe and reasonable. users can help out too, by clicking on the 'report' button. however, what if there is something that should be reported, but no report button is present?

yea, lets say you are just browsing around and there is something that you just know doesnt belong. normally there is a report button no? well what if that is not present? what if you dont see it
