Missing Images

Hi there. I'm just having some problems when uploading my pictures. I notice that majority are turning out but a few are not showing up. When I try to upload the missing file again to see if that works it still comes up with the file name and description but no image. Please help if there is a solution. The image below is an example.

I Don`t have any missing images, so i cant really help....

if you can upload the "images" that doesn't process well, we will try adding them manually and see what happens.
