Oops! Accidental deletion

I seem to have accidentallydeleted an album ( A1Pits.6). Is ther anyway of getting it back? (I'm presumng no but live in hope)

I could have been on "auto-pilot" and hit "empty " without noticing a full album had somehow got in there.
