Reposting and Upvoting

Good day every one, I have a suggestion to add, I have seen that some members, only go to other members sites and repost there, album's, photos and post. But some of them only do reposting, they don't post and some don't even have a album on there site. And most of the time they don't even upvote them before reposting them. I know there is no rule that says you have to do this. But If they like them so much as to repost them, why not make them upvote them before reposting them. I know a lot of the members work very hard to keep good albums, photos and daily post for all to enjoy. Why should a few get to enjoy our hard work and don't even take the time to upvote them. Saving them from having to put in the time for there own place. My suggestion is can we some now add to the repost step that you have to upvote it before it will let you repost the item ? If there going to repost them then we should get something out of it, upvoting is what makes our places keep grown for all to enjoy. Or at least make it a rule that you must upvote anything before you can repost it. But I know that would be a big pain in the butt to enforce if at all.

This boosts your visibility, as those who see the repost are likely to visit your profile to see more of your content. This way, you gain the actual views as a reward for creating high-quality content, since people who discover it through someone else’s profile will be directed to yours.

While your point about requiring an upvote before allowing a repost is valid and acknowledges the effort that goes into creating original content, I believe that forcing someone to upvote content might not be the best approach. A repost itself is already a reward to the creator as it increases their exposure and directs more traffic to their profile.

Good Morning Pimp, Thanks you for your quick input on this matter, I understand the intent of the repost is to share our content with others to boost visibility to the original poster and to the one reposting. But in some cases, The member reposting has no albums and no posts and is only using other members original content for there site. there for they have no original content of there own. But I do agree with you that forcing others to upvote any item is not a good thing, It was only a suggestion and yes reposting is a reward to the creator its self. I do feel these members that only repost are not giving back to other members by not giving use some of there own original content for us to repost. But that is just my opinion on the matter.
