I hope I am creating the correct thread in the right place:
I am trying to update the details in my profile. When I click "Submit" button, I get the message " Please complete the required field 'Parent email'".
I am older than 13, I don't think I should be blocked to updating my profile?
I don't know if this is a site error/ oversight, or if I am just overlooking something silly... I will happily receive your instruction.
I look forward to your reply.
PS: I tried to upload screen caps, but my post minimum has not been met. Let me know if you require more info.
