Changing email address

Hi

I've been trying to change my email address in the main site settings (https://pimpandhost.com/user/settings). But I can't due to it not being an available option. I stumbled on a post (https://forum.pimpandhost.com/showthread.php?t=3437&highlight=changing+email) on these forums that suggest changing it in the forum settings. But I am also unable to change it there as the forum does not seem to recognise my password, which means I am unable to change user details in the forum control panel.

Is there a way I can change the email associated with my pimpandhost.com account?

What kind of error do you get in https://pimpandhost.com/user/settings, just no option to change it?
